We\'re currently looking for an Integrated Planning Lead (Media and Digital Marketing) for our office in Maidenhead.

What you\'ll do
  • Own and drive end-to-end planning of paid media and digital marketing campaigns across brands and regions.
  • Partner with local and central brand teams to align media strategies with commercial priorities and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize cross-channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, performance, etc.).
  • Ensure a consumer-centric media approach through audience insights, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks.
  • Track KPIs and develop data-informed recommendations for campaign performance and media investments.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture—from A/B experiments to creative innovation.
Experience and qualifications
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, healthcare, or other fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven track record in media planning, digital marketing strategy, or integrated campaign management—in-house or agency side.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (programmatic, social, TV, influencer, search, etc.) and how they work together.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you thrive in matrixed, cross-market environments.
  • Analytical mindset; you can translate performance data into action.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes in a high-growth company.
