A multinational snacks and beverages company is seeking an Integrated Demand & Event Manager in Reading to lead demand planning and enhance supply chain efficiency. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant FMCG experience. The Integrated Demand & Event Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting commercial initiatives, demand sensing, and operational planning to deliver a seamless and responsive supply chain. This role ensures that daily and event-driven demand signals are accurately reflected in forecasts, enabling the business to optimize service, minimize waste, and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain within FMCG or consumer goods.
Proven ability to manage integrated demand planning processes, including promotions, events, and NPD launches.
Hands‑on experience with forecasting and planning systems such as Prolink, APO, JDA, or similar.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insights.
Advanced Excel proficiency and working knowledge of SAP.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Supply, and Finance.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred:
Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma.
Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain or Business Analytics).
Experience working within Integrated Business Planning (IBP) frameworks or platforms such as o9.
Experience with Prolink data quality and master data compliance improvement initiatives.
