Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for those of you who enjoy sales and development oriented work and wish to pursue a career within the commercial insurance sector. This is not a “cold calling” role, the vast majority of leads will be provided via incoming enquiries, a result of the extensive marketing effort made by this quality leading commercial insurance brokerage.

Once fully trained on the system and the varied commercial product range, you will be speaking directly with new clients (telephone based) providing new quotations to a wide variety of businesses.

You will have access to all major insurers, including specialist markets as well as having a team of “in house” underwriters able to provide you with the deals you need to secure the business.

It would be preferred that applicants have some insurance experience, although we will consider CV’s from quality sales individuals from other professional sectors, ideally those with a consultative sales style based on quality and exceptional customer service.

This roles comes with a great basic salary up to £26k and an excellent and achievable commission structure, which could take your earnings up to £35k +. The benefits package is comprehensive and includes 27 days holiday and a very generous pension contribution.

This role can be part home based / part office based. The offices are fully open for those of you wishing to be permanently office based.
