Insurance Account Handler

£30,000 – £40,000 (Depending on previous experience) • Tewkesbury.

Must have's to be a successful Sales Coordinator

• You must have previous Commercial Insurance experience
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to get to the Tewkesbury office every day

Nice to have's to be a successful Sales Coordinator

• Cert Cii would be beneficial however this company will support this study if you don't have it

What will you be doing?

• Build relationships with commercial clients across a diverse portfolio
• Design smart insurance solutions across Commercial Combined, Package, Property Owners, PI, and Cyber.
• Own renewals and adjustments. Acting proactively and precisely.
• Collaborate with colleagues and insurers as part of a supportive, friendly team to deliver dependable outcomes.
• Advise thoughtfully — understanding client goals and recommending tailored protection.
• Contribute to culture. Share expertise and supporting the team's growth.
