The Instructional Designer will create blended learning solutions for internal audiences across various delivery formats including in-person, digital, and virtual classroom-based learning. The ideal candidate will use instructional design principles to ensure engaging, measurable, and business-relevant learning experiences. Programmes will be designed using both internal methodologies and relevant external models and frameworks, with audiences spanning from individual contributors to senior leaders. Delivery will be managed through full-time internal facilitators and internal faculty members drawn from across the business. This role works closely with the wider content team and Campus Learning Business Partners to ensure local relevance, cultural consideration, and strong alignment to business needs.
