Job Title: Security Installation / Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Installation / Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of electronic security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and intercom systems. The role requires excellent technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission security systems including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and door entry systems within budgeted and slod margins.
  • Perform PPM servicing and routine call outs of installed systems ensuring optimal functionality, PPM compliance and highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and replace faulty components as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after installations.
  • Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately and on time.
