Job summary

A leading education supply agency in Winterton is seeking a part-time High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme and a qualification at Level 3 or above. This role is vital in fostering an inspiring learning environment and involves 1:1 and group support for students starting November 2025.

Qualifications

• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification to Level 3 or above (EYP acceptable).
• Have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc Phonics scheme.
• Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11.

Responsibilities

• Support children in the classroom, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis.
• Contribute to a nurturing, engaging learning environment.

Skills

Knowledge of EYFS KS1 and KS2

Flexibility and adaptability
