Qualifications

• Must be a qualified JIEB insolvency practitioner.
• Minimum of five years experience in insolvency or financial restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of UK insolvency laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and businesses facing financial distress.
• Administer insolvency processes such as CVAs and bankruptcies.
• Negotiate with creditors and manage fund distributions.

Skills

Qualified JIEB and licensed by a recognised Insolvency Licensing Body

At least five years’ experience in insolvency or financial restructuring

Strong financial and legal knowledge in insolvency matters

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proactive, organised, and detail conscious

Willingness to travel and work flexibly
