Job description

Reporting to Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing revenue from quoted works from our external sales teams. You will also act as a queue manager, ensuring opportunities are directed appropriately between external and internal sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Effective management of a pipeline of opportunities to close and win
  • Liaising with management teams to secure business
  • Completing pricing checks and negotiating with customers to secure revenue
  • Providing customer service including updates to customers
  • Speaking with customers to understand needs, opportunities to cross‑sell/up‑sell
  • Calling customers to build relationships and repeat business
Qualifications
  • Strong organization and communication skills between stakeholders
  • Computer literate – able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems (training provided)
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer‑first experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team yet manage own workload
  • Ability to work to targets and meet KPIs set
