Inside Sales Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for Inside Sales Representatives to join our clients Sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls to generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

Responsibilities

This role involves generating sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound contact, using data from the CRM to promote our forklift product solutions and services.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively contacting customers and prospects to generate new sales opportunities

  • Direct selling to customers for products across the clients portfolio

  • Updating and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information

  • Promoting our full range of forklift solutions and related services

Qualifications

  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills

  • Comfortable interacting with customers through both traditional and online channels (experience desirable but not essential)
