• Experience in providing both written and verbal information on drug usage.
• Experience in carrying out Medicines Information queries.
• Mental Health Clinical Pharmacy Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation service.
• Work as a core member of inpatient and rehab teams.
• Maintain medicines safety and optimisation during transitions.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with healthcare professionals

Ability to work independently

Education

Degree in Pharmacy from a British University or recognized equivalent

GPhC registration

Experience of Band 6 rotational post
