ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED LEADER FROM A PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING BACKGROUND?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to obtain a role with a high level of responsibility within a well established and progressive manufacturer who truly invest in their staff, where no two days are the same.

The role would suit individuals who have previous supervisory or leadership experience within a plastic injection moulding facility. You must have a strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, material handling and production requirements.

The role would involve managing, coordinating and supporting a team of twenty-two direct employees within a fast paced injection mould shop. You will oversee a two-shift system operation of two eight hour shifts each day and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis. You will work closely with the production planner to monitor and review production working to coordinate workflow and ensure quality/efficiency. As part of your role, you will drive improvements across the shop floor, streamline processes where possible and contribute to business growth.
