Change Digital – Digital & Tech Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead for a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will lead an infrastructure function, drive operational excellence and partner with global IT teams to deliver critical services.

The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder communication and hands-on delivery across Server & Compute, Network and Collaboration platforms. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office is offered.

Formación

• Proven team leadership and people management experience, ideally within a global organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling operational escalations and delivering positive outcomes.
• Experience delivering BAU initiatives and small internal projects.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• A passion for service improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and support Infrastructure team members
• Manage work allocation, capacity planning and prioritisation
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Oversee change management activities to minimise business impact
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Manage BAU activities, Jira backlogs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a key escalation point and drive issues through to successful resolution
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and wider IT teams
