Job summary

Real Life Options in Glasgow is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT projects across the group, including its Scotland and England operations. You will manage SaaS and on-premises deployments, ensure governance, budgets, and timescales, and report to senior stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, based in Glasgow with 3 days onsite. You will coordinate between IT, operations and external suppliers to deliver value for the charity and its service users.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading complex technical implementation and organisational change projects in a diverse and challenging environment.
• Experience of leading implementation projects for SaaS solutions.
• Prince II or AgilePM, Scrum, etc. qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and management of agreed projects and initiatives.
• Act as point of contact for IT project questions and escalations.
• Provide effective scope documentation including budgets, timescales and deliverables.
• Provide effective governance of assigned projects, including stakeholder communications, risk management, user training and budget, timescale and deliverable controls.
• Work with external suppliers to provide effective IT services and support.
• Transition to IT support service in line with service level agreements.
