Qualifications

• Practical experience providing internal IT support via a ticketing system.
• Troubleshooting end-user devices and applications across a mixed Windows environment.
• Familiarity with core infrastructure technologies and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support across the organisation and manage end-user tickets.
• Support and maintain Windows Server environments, patching and routine tasks.
• Assist in projects around datacenter readiness and infrastructure enhancements.
