Job summary

Eden Scott’s client seeks an IT Infrastructure Team Leader on a 12-month fixed-term contract to guide a UK-wide team of Infrastructure Engineers, including personnel in Glasgow and London.

You will balance operational delivery, service improvement and team development while driving SLA/KPI performance and stakeholder satisfaction, shaping strategic resilience and capability across core infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams within an enterprise environment.
• Strong people management and coaching capability.
• Experience managing operational support teams and service delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers and provide coaching, performance management and career development.
• Manage team workload and priorities, ensuring BAU activities, projects and backlogs are resourced and delivered.
• Drive service excellence by monitoring SLAs/KPIs and improving service quality.
• Oversee operational and change processes, ensuring compliance, reducing risk and maintaining service stability.
• Act as a key stakeholder contact and escalation point across business and IT teams.
• Promote Agile working and continuous improvement to enhance team performance and customer experience.
