Manpower Engineering, on behalf of a leading international infrastructure consultancy, seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Glasgow with hybrid working to support major infrastructure programmes across Scotland. You will work with Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams, focusing on controls, governance, risk and change management.

The role involves maintaining performance visibility across cost, programme and risk, producing reporting packs, and assisting with forecasting and dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project management, project controls, PMO, or programme support environments.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and governance/reporting processes.
• Experience using project management tools and reporting platforms.

Aufgaben

• Produce weekly and monthly project reporting packs and management information.
• Maintain project controls processes and support performance reporting.
• Manage risk and opportunity registers and facilitate risk review meetings.
• Administer change control processes, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Support NEC contract administration activities.
• Coordinate governance requirements and maintain project records and audit trails.
• Assist with forecasting, programme updates and financial performance reporting.
• Manage action trackers, decision logs and lessons learned registers.
• Support Project Boards and governance reviews with accurate reporting.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and project dashboards.
• Work with dispersed teams to ensure consistent controls and reporting standards.
• Identify emerging risks and escalate appropriately.
