Job summary

Real Life Options is recruiting an IT Project Manager for a hybrid role in Glasgow. You will lead end-to-end IT projects, including SaaS deployments, ensuring governance, budgets and timelines are met across Scotland and England.

You will work with stakeholders at all levels, coordinating suppliers and internal teams to enable effective IT support and change management, while maintaining information security controls and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• PM qualification such as Prince II or AgilePM, Scrum
• Experience leading complex technical implementation and organisational change projects
• Experience leading implementation projects for SaaS solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and document technical solutions clearly

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and manage IT projects and initiatives
• Act as point of contact for IT project questions and escalations
• Provide scope, budgets, timescales and deliverables for projects
• Governance, stakeholder comms, risk management and training
• Collaborate with external suppliers to deliver IT services
• Transition to IT support services within agreed SLAs
• Ensure new solutions meet information security controls
