Change Digital – Digital & Tech Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead for a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will lead an infrastructure function, drive operational excellence and partner with global IT teams to deliver critical services.

The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder communication and hands-on delivery across Server & Compute, Network and Collaboration platforms. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office is offered.

I'm looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead to join our Glasgow-based IT function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled infrastructure team, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in delivering critical services across our global organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Infrastructure Team Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the Infrastructure team, ensuring the successful delivery of services across Server & Compute, Network, and Collaboration platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders and fellow team leaders to prioritise workloads, manage resources, and continuously improve service delivery.
