Their range of services includes the co-ordination of specialist geotechnical and contamination investigations, design of site remediation, design and detailing of highways works, and the design of building foundations and superstructures alongside other smaller scheme structural engineering works.
Job Description:
With the industry finding its feet again and with their workload significantly increasing in conjunction with an expanding Client base, they currently have a requirement for an Infrastructure Engineer or Technician to join on a permanent basis.
Joining the Leeds office, you will be responsible for the coordination of projects and communicate effectively with design teams across various disciplines.
Your technical abilities will allow you to produce the detailed design of drainage systems using a variety of software packages which include MicroDrainage, AutoCAD � with Civils 3D experience being an advantage.
You will also be:
�Preparing plans and drawings for all stages of the development cycle
� Producing design drawings for technical approvals,
� Designing and preparing specifications for highways, pavement and drainage schemes.
Person Specification:
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have:
� 3+ years� relevant experience.
� Experience with working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
� Software experience associated with a strong background in drainage design, including WinDes/MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, and preferably PDS and Civils 3D.
