• Sharing knowledge with the service delivery team and shaping technical best practice.

You’ll Need :

• Solid experience in an MSP or multi‑client environment.
• Mastery across the Microsoft ecosystem : O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AD, Hyper‑V / VMware.
• Confident networking and security knowledge (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑starting nature with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring emerging tech.
