Reporting to the Head of Technology, the Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in managing, supporting, and evolving Credit Benchmark's IT infrastructure. This position requires both strong technical skills and the ability to provide excellent user support to colleagues across the business. You'll split your time between operational IT support and ticket resolution-ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery-and infrastructure projects that enhance scalability, resilience, and security.
