Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission
This is a full time on site role at Hinkley Point C, so you’ll need to live within commuting distance of Bridgwater or be ready to relocate, with support available.

The position offers a chance to take on broader responsibility across temporary infrastructure and utilities, ideal for someone ready to move into a first managerial style role.

A key focus is shaping the planning and coordination of temporary construction assets while learning how these services operate across a major project.

The role supports the smooth, safe running of daily construction activity, giving you real ownership over a vital service area as you grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🚧 Manage daily delivery of a core utilities support service
  • 📋 Oversee compliance with statutory, regulatory and site controls
  • 🤝 Build effective working relationships with the service contract partner
  • 🛑 Ensure contractor competence and accelerate capability gaps quickly
  • 📆 Implement delivery plans to meet project needs and schedules
  • 🔎 Intervene early to prevent issues and protect service performance
  • 📝 Help develop procedures that support strategy within your work area
  • 📑 Contribute to technical specifications for procurement activities
  • 🔗 Coordinate with site teams to align utilities work with wider plans

Qualifications
