A leading physical assets management consultancy in the UK seeks Quantity Surveyors and Cost Verification Consultants to join their team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing commercial services for complex construction projects worth over £100m, knowledge of NEC4/NR/FIDIC contracts, and UK infrastructure experience. Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience on £100m+ complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contract and post-contract commercial services.
• Administer or audit NEC4/NR/FIDIC contracts.
• Work with HS2, Network Rail, and EDF projects.
