Why this role matters

Join Vorwerk’s IT team to keep our UK operations running smoothly and securely. As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the go‑to expert for colleagues across head office, branches, and the field – solving issues, optimising systems, and supporting projects that power our Thermomix and Kobold business. You’ll work closely with global IT peers, service providers, and local stakeholders to deliver reliable, user‑centric technology.

What you’ll do
  • Own 1st–3rd line support: desk‑side, remote, and branch users across the UK
  • Deploy, configure, and optimise Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange (2016+)
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; spot issues before users do
  • Create training documentation and deliver hands‑on sessions
  • Maintain assets and user records; report weekly / monthly across key apps
  • Partner with service providers; keep stakeholders in the loop
  • Contribute to projects and UK branch rollouts – get things live, stable, and secure
What you bring
  • Solid ITIL grounding and a security‑first mindset
  • Strong Windows / M365 / AD / Exchange know‑how; networking fundamentals
  • Confident with PowerShell / CMD; documentation that others actually use
  • Clear communication, sharp problem‑solving, and top‑tier customer service
  • Curiosity for AI in IT operations and a habit of staying current
  • Bonus: Prince2 / APM certs; degree in Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent)
