Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Admin/studies or equivalent experience.
  • RSA III or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Qualification e.g. PRINCE or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of software programmes.
  • An understanding of the contracting and performance monitoring framework for NHS Trusts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Wirral Administration Services in coordinating business information processes.
  • Be the focal point for information and contractual data.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Skills

Advanced level of MS Excel expertise
Knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Data Protection Act
Knowledge of clinical processes, systems and pathways
Managerial experience
Ability to deliver training

Education

Degree in Business Admin/studies or equivalent experience
RSA III or equivalent experience
Project Management Qualification e.g. PRINCE or equivalent

Tools

Microsoft applications and associated databases
