Our portfolio includes such brands as E45, Pevaryl, Lamisil, Nutravita, Decubal and many others. Our core belief in empowering people to make intelligent health decisions drives our growth strategy, blending organic expansion and M&A.

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager for our office in Maidenhead.

What’s in it for you?

  • High-impact role: Lead global influencer marketing for household-name brands across multiple regions.
  • Growth & development: Gain international exposure, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive projects that shape brand strategy.
  • Hands-on ownership: From big-picture strategy to on-the-ground execution, you’ll play a central role in delivering campaigns that fuel engagement and commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and develop the global influencer marketing strategy and implementation program, connecting seamlessly with our UGC approach.
  • Partner closely with Integrated Planning and Content Leads to deliver social-first activations across brands.
  • Support key markets (UK, Nordics, DACH, Benelux) with influencer partnerships, setting best-in-class standards and execution.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-impact influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and emerging voices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage influencer contracts to ensure brand fit, compliance, and measurable value.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns—from creative planning and briefing, through execution, to post-campaign analysis.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to track campaign success across engagement, awareness, and sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, digital, and performance marketing teams to embed influencer marketing into integrated campaigns.
  • Own and optimize the global influencer marketing budget for maximum reach, impact, and ROI.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience leading influencer marketing in FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, digital-first environments.
  • Strong international influencer network across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills—able to move seamlessly between vision and delivery.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale campaigns both independently and collaboratively.
  • Beauty or Wellness category experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule, hybrid model with the primary work place in the office, and life-work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team
  • Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
