Provide expert IPC input into the TOM and OBC, embedding IPC considerations across design, operations, and clinical pathways.
Ensure the IPC strategy reflects lessons learned from COVID‑19, national inquiries, and updated NHS IPC guidance.
Define and contribute to governance structures for IPC decision‑making within the redevelopment programme.
Act as the named IPC lead for the project, with clear responsibilities for risk assessment, mitigation, and assurance.
Attend all Clinical and Operational Working Group meetings during RIBA stages 2 and 3, as well as relevant user groups and planning sessions.
