Overview

Industrial Refrigeration Engineer - Central Belt

Location: Covering Key Areas of Scotland

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + Van + Benefits Included

We’re recruiting for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established service team covering key sites across Scotland. This is a chance to join a business that doesn't just value your technical skills, but also offers clear paths into projects, design, or sales down the line. You’ll be working across a range of food and beverage manufacturing sites, handling varied work across industrial systems including ammonia and CO2.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems
• Door-to-door paid travel (1.5x overtime after standard hours, double time on weekends)
• Part of a 1-in-6 callout rota
• Opportunity to get involved in project work
• Varied workload across food/beverage contracting

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems
• Ammonia handling experience and relevant qualifications (desirable)
• F-Gas certification

• Up to £50K basic
• OTE £70K+
