A leading membership organization in the UK is seeking a proactive Member Engagement Programme Coordinator responsible for managing a portfolio of small accounts, delivering tailored webinars, and driving retention initiatives. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to deliver a Membership Engagement Programme for small accounts. The role will oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 300 accounts with the aim to provide enhanced Member value amongst this business segment. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the value of membership within a vital segment of our Industrial Membership portfolio.
TWI Ltd is a world expert in engineering, materials and joining technologies with significant property assets. We provide industry with advice and know-how in design, fabrication, failure analysis and prevention.

Working hours: 36 hours per week (full time), 8.30am -16.30pm Monday to Thursday (finishing at 16.15pm on Friday). Part‑time and hybrid working available in some roles.
