Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative industrial products that balance aesthetic appeal, functionality, user experience, and manufacturability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and product management to translate user needs and business goals into tangible, market-leading products. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, market analysis, and trend forecasting to identify design opportunities and user pain points.
• Develop creative product concepts and sketches (both hand-drawn and digital) that align with brand identity and user needs.
• Create detailed 2D / 3D designs, renderings, and prototypes using industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with technical requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate on concepts based on feedback from cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and user testing.
• Support the product development process from concept to launch, including assisting with production handoffs and quality control.
• Maintain a deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and emerging design technologies to drive innovation.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system and brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.
• 5-8years of relevant industrial design experience (fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are also welcome).
• Proficiency in 2D / 3D design software : SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong conceptualization ability, excellent sketching skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and user experience.
• Understanding of product development processes, materials, and manufacturing technologies (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing).
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design process, and finished product cases (industrial design-focused).
