Qualifications

• Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle.
• Experience of working in a mental health or community service setting.

Responsibilities

• Review patients and prescribe medication within the scope of practice.
• Visit patients in their own homes or Care Homes for medical reviews.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and deliver training to other clinicians.
