Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent / part time (21.75 hours per week) Housing Assistant, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £14,957 - £16,356 per annum ( FTE £24,929 - £27,260 per annum) .

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in a customer focused role that include :

  • Working independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Organisational skills and good time management
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records
