Job summary

A leading educational company in the UK is seeking an Independent End-Point Assessor to ensure apprentices are job-ready. The role requires recent relevant experience, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must have a valid DBS and experience in healthcare settings. This position allows for both onsite and remote assessments in line with Pearson's standards.

Qualifications

• Recent relevant experience of the occupation or sector to at least occupational level 5 gained in the last 5 years.
• Sufficient CPD to demonstrate currency in line with the KSBs of the Assessment Plan.
• Hold a valid and current DBS and NMC Pin number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments in accordance with published criteria.
• Maintain evidence of ongoing CPD.
• Ensure high-quality assessment reports and evidence.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of relevant legislation

Technical knowledge of the telecoms industry

Ability to assess free from bias
