What You'll Do
  • Manage online referrals with prompt response times
  • Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
  • Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
  • Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements
  • Accreditation : BACP / UKCP / COSCA / BPS / NCS / BABCP or equivalent
  • Alternative : Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
  • Approach : Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
  • Supervision : Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
  • Insurance : Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
  • Compliance : ICO registration as Data Controller
Ideal Experience
  • Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Assessment and support planning expertise
