Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Income Officer on a week to week contract covering sickness. The role will be a hybrid role based in Manchester

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive rent collection service by monitoring a case load of rent accounts for customers in arrears.
• Managing the arrears process in compliance with group Policies and procedures.
• Visiting customers in their homes with the Housing Officers to be a visual point of contact for Rent issues
• Ensure that appropriate legal action is taken to recover debt
