Job Overview

At AXA UK and Ireland (UK&I), we are developing a strategy targeting a new customer segment. You will design and roll out enhancements to products, services and propositions for the modest income market to grow our share. You will work at least 40% remotely, increasing to 60% in the future, with presence at our offices or events as required. Flexible working options are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AXA UK&I's inclusive insurance programme, ensuring delivery, coordination and reporting aligned with AXA Group framework.
• Become the inclusive insurance expert and representative for AXA UK&I.
• Use data and insight to inform and guide strategic development.
• Develop reporting and briefing documents for AXA Group, the CEO office and business units.
• Build and communicate the AXA UK&I narrative across business units.
• Establish governance and stakeholder engagement plans supporting project planning, reporting and output creation.
• Engage daily with AXA Group and European Market to identify improvement opportunities, supporting adoption of initiatives.
• Facilitate and lead meetings, working groups and workshops.
• Connect strategic programmes with Brand and Sponsorship activities.
