A prominent insurance company in Redhill seeks a strategic individual to lead its inclusive insurance programme. This role involves project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance products catering to underinsured segments. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, bonuses, and flexible working arrangements.

You’ll have the chance to travel to AXA’s Paris offices twice a year, plus there'll be opportunity for other occasional international travel.
At AXA UK and Ireland (UK&I), we’re developing and delivering an insurance strategy which targets a new customer segment. You’ll design and roll out enhancements to products, services and propositions to meet the needs and grow our market share in the modest income segment. We recognise there’s an opportunity for AXA UK&I to service this typically under insured customer segment.
AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
