An educational institution in East Staffordshire is looking for a committed Inclusion Support Assistant to aid students in accessing their learning. This part-time role involves working within the Individual Needs team and supporting students with day-to-day tasks under the guidance of teaching staff. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to join our evolving organisation. The successful candidate will work within the Individual Needs team, alongside teaching staff, to support students to access their learning. Under the direction of the SENDCo, you will support students with day‑to‑day tasks in order for them to access the curriculum. Excellent communication between the successful candidate, staff and students is expected, and all staff are expected to work alongside teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.

Fixed‑term position linked to external funding for an individual student, to be reviewed each academic year. Part‑time working 32.5 hours per week, term time only for 39.2 weeks per year. Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 5‑6) £25,583 – £25,989 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £19,513.87 – £19,823.56 per annum.
