• Strong understanding of operational resilience concepts.
• Experience liaising with key stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate response team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end management of business incidents.
• Recommend improvements to the Incident Management process.
• Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting to business areas.

Skills

Knowledge of financial services or similar sectors

Understanding of operational resilience concepts

Knowledge of IT, IS, Fraud, Compliance and Risk issues

Experience of corporate incident management

Experience facilitating physical and remote teams

Experience of briefing to varied stakeholder groups

Knowledge of Power BI and other data analysis tools
