• A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years + PQE of commercial and corporate law.
• Experience in managing high-value commercial legal matters and agreements.
• Knowledge of commercial, contract, and company law.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate key customer and supplier contracts on behalf of ITM Power.
• Provide general legal advice and support in day-to-day operations.
• Support the General Counsel in managing disputes.
