Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Shipping & Freight Forwarding required.
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills needed.
• Good Excel knowledge; organised and able to multitask expected.
• Experience with imports from China/Far East is an advantage.
• UK resident with right to work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Enter shipment data and cargo details into the internal system.
• Work with customer service on special requirements and quotations.
• Communicate with customers regarding delays and queries.
• Handle rating, invoicing, and ensure file data accuracy.
• Liaise with transport and warehouse teams to arrange deliveries.
