A leading health tech company in Northern Ireland seeks a SQL Support Analyst to provide support to service desks for clinical products. The successful candidate will manage customer issues through JIRA, troubleshoot incidents related to Microsoft SQL, and ensure that technical documentation is maintained. Qualifications

  • Provide support for software applications and manage incidents.
  • Handle SQL database operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer issues using JIRA ITSM tool.
  • Investigate incidents related to products, using Microsoft SQL.
  • Ensure technical documentation is current and accurate.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
