Qualifications

• Must have estimating experience within the roofing and/or cladding market sector.
• Ideally have experience within industrial roofing/cladding sectors with exposure to various systems.
• Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong numerical skills.
• IT literate with competence in Excel.
• Confident and articulate individual.

Responsibilities

• Estimator position working on industrial projects with various roofing systems.
• Reviewing tender enquiries to understand project requirements.
• Liaising with clients for additional information.
• Liaising with suppliers for competitive prices.
• Producing quotations to clients.
• Maintaining documentation of tenders on internal database.
• Building relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
