The successful candidate will ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP functionalities, providing expert-level support to end users, leading system improvements, and developing maintainable solutions. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with IFS ERP systems, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and strong documentation skills. This position may involve occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of IFS ERP systems, especially Version 9 and later.
• Solid grasp of global inter-company supply chain processes.
• Experience in user training and driving system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users in the effective use of ERP systems.
• Lead resolution of complex functional and technical issues.
• Maintain clear documentation including business requirements and change logs.
