A leading university in London is seeking an IFM Partnership Director to manage its facilities management strategy. This role includes overseeing service delivery, building strong relationships with university stakeholders, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hard FM and excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. The package offers between £90,000 to £110,000 plus additional benefits plus a bonus.

Package: £90,000 – £110,000 + £8,000 car allowance, £1,300 Flexible benefit fund and 20% bonus

The University of Greenwich, in partnership with Sodexo, is seeking an exceptional IFM Partnership Director to lead our facilities management strategy across a diverse and high-profile estate.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of higher education and a global facilities management leader, shaping the campus experience for students, staff, and visitors.
As Partnership Director, you will oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services, with a particular focus on hard FM delivery, compliance, and service excellence.You will provide visible and inspirational leadership for the Sodexo team on campus, driving a culture of employee engagement, innovation, growth mindset, and continuous improvement, while ensuring that the university community benefits from a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
