You'll be a crucial connection between advisers, paraplanners, clients, and providers, helping ensure each stage of the advice journey is handled with care and precision.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you'll be responsible for keeping cases moving efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and managing essential tasks across investments, pensions, and protection. You will often be the first point of contact for client queries, making professionalism and excellent communication essential. This is a hands‑on position where your contribution will make a visible impact across the team. You'll provide the administrative backbone that supports advisers and ensures that clients receive timely, accurate, and well‑presented information.
