• Experience in an Environmental Health, Trading Standards, or Licensing team is desirable.
• Experience managing a team is beneficial.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IDOX system integration with other council ICT systems.
• Write reports for statutory returns and freedom of information enquiries.
• Provide training and support to IDOX users.
• Manage a team to advise service users and provide technical support.
