A language training company is seeking a part-time Norwegian language teacher to conduct private classes in Aberdeen. Qualifications

• Must be a native speaker of Norwegian or hold a teaching degree.
• Experience in language teaching or translation is required.
• Must have a valid working visa and live within 20 miles of Aberdeen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one Norwegian classes at the student's home.
• Classes to be held for 20 hours, twice a week for two hours at a time.
• Classes may begin on January 5, 2026.

Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. We might have a job for you as a Norwegian language teacher.

Some details about the course:

• One of our clients in Aberdeen would like to have one-to-one GENERAL Norwegian classes.
• This student wishes to have classes at his home in Aberdeen, AB12.
• He would like to have a 20-hour course.
• Classes of two hours should be held once a week, he is available on Tuesday and Wednesday, 3pm onwards. He wishes to start on 5 January 2026.

Ideal teacher should:

• Be a native speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
