About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ICT infrastructure, ensuring staff have the tools and systems they need to deliver excellent services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line technical support for software, hardware, and basic network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in line with organisational policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff by creating relevant accounts, ensuring they have the right equipment, and delivering basic training.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets and support requests using our IT service management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver ICT projects and drive continuous improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and applications.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Citrix, and hybrid environments.
